I had an appointment on the 14th of may for a repair on my fridge, i was told to be there between 8am and 5pm. The technician called me at 5:15pm to inform me that he will not be making it because he is too busy and that he will see my next week sometime. i then called the 1800 number and they told me that the dispatcher will call me with in one hour, they did not call. I called back on the 16th because i did not hear anything. They informed me that my appointment is now June 14th, one month after the original appointment. i do not think it... read full review »
