I did a trial run of hydroxatone also, I called cancelled and got a routing number and sent it back. I had it insured. When I checked the number, it told me to packaage was received by hyroxatone. Over a month later and am billed twice for 69.95. When I called the company, they said I never sent it back. Because I threw the slips away when it told me it was received, I now have to try and get the inform from the post office. IF ANYONE ELSE SENDS THE PRODUCT BACK, HANG ON THE TO SLIPS FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF MONTHS. They wait long enough before they charge you so that you might not have proof anymore.
