I received a call which was a recorded message giving me a choice of press one to speak to an agent to lower our credit card rate or press 2 to hang up. I pressed 1 and got a man who had a very thick accent which I could not understand very well telling me they could lower our Chase Visa Credit Card interest rate. I asked him what our rate was & he said over 10%. I asked him what our balance was & he said over $3000.00.
