I placed an order for the redi set go on Saturday. The whole transaction was automated and I should have known something would go wrong but I kept thinking I would have the option to speak to a customer service representative at the end. At the end of the order the automated machine asked if I wanted my card to be charged 1 payment of $19.95 today and I accepted.
