Outofwarranty.com is an online cell phone repair service. Over 6 weeks ago, mailed a broken Samsung Rugby cell phone to be repaired. Paid up front by credit card for repairs. After 3 weeks, the website's "status of the repair" showed the phone/repair status was "In Transit". There was no tracking number was provided(?). Waited an additional two weeks never to see it arrive. No phone number was on the website. Sent repeated emails to inquire and have yet to have the courtesy of a returned email or a phone call.
