I just moved over from American Home Sheild to Choice Home Warranty(CHW). whart a mistake. I contacted CHW on a repair on a rental. I contacted the vendor to be sent out. Much to my surprise they declines my service call because they hadn't been paid by CHW on previous jobs! Nice start. Then they gave me a second number which I called. It went to some repairman working out of his house. Also disclosing that payments were very slow from CWH. The appointment was set for later in the day.
