We paid $200 for an 8000 BTU Haier air conditioner at Target. We paid an additional $200 to get it professionally installed. It is a very loud air conditioner. When I called the company to ask if there are any solutions to this problem, I was told that we could take it out and exchange it for a new one. When I told the service agent that I did not want to take it out since we paid so much to get it installed, she pretty much said "too bad." So, we are stuck with a really loud a/c and a bad taste for Haier and their customer service. I will never buy another Haier product again. read full review »
