We've had our pool 6 years and the tile started falling off. When we called Maryland Pools to remedy the problem they say we now have to replace all of the tile and pool coping. In doing some research I learned that this problem occurs when best practices are not followed when constructing the pool. Maryland Pools says it will cost almost $9000 to remedy a problem caused by their poor workmanship. When I questioned them they said it is commonplace to have to do this.
