When you buy a phone, you expect to be able to make calls and rcv calls. I bought this LG TracFone, called customer svc to activate it, which took 20 minutes, and flew across the country to use it on vacation. First, the phone wouldn't make outgoing calls, so I spent another 20 minutes with customer svc to fix that. Then I discover that the phone doesn't ring! People can only leave text messages. Customer Service said that I had to call from ANOTHER phone to fix this, but I was on vacation and this was my only phone. Got back... read full review »
