When I called Azuma a week before I was suppose to move (the 4th) from my old apartment within the same complex, I was informed that I would not be able to transfer my appliances, a washer and dryer, but instead they would be picked up and taken back to the warehouse and a different set of appliances would be delivered to my new apartment.
