Called on Tues to schedule a dishwasher repair. Was told they could not get a technician to me until Fri (Good Fri). I told them I would wait if they PROMISED they would be here between 1-5pm. At 3:30 on Good Friday they call and say technician was delayed at another job and wouldn't be able to make it. I call their OFFSHORE call center get put on hold for over 15min twice. Finally get to talk to someone I can almost understand and do they offer to come out tomorrow NO! first thing Mon NO! How about next Wed. So I get to have a house full... read full review »
