Blue ocean whale watch called us 11/2 hours before departure & cancelled the trip due to safe weather concerns. Other boats went out that day and the national weather service said it was safe to go out. The Blue ocean website said they went out on out scheduled trip. Were groupon customers dumped for "full price" paying customers? Customer service spokeswoman "Kate" representing Blue Ocean said "too bad." We drove 5 hrs. Round trip & rented a hotel to make this Easter holiday trip special and the company flakes out on us at the last minute. Had we gone with any other company in the area we could have seen the whales. read full review »
