I submitted a claim for hospital treatment or I should say my Hospital (Holy Redeeemer Hospital-Meadowbrook PA)did for the dates of 1-15-2011 thru 1-19-2011. NBLA denied the claim because they said it was a pre-existing condition. My contention is that it was an EMERGENCY, I either go to the hopsital or suffered severe health issues.
