Attempted to refund within 15 days and woman on the phone would not give instructions on how to do so. I sent emails, made phonecalls, and was never responded to. The Bike arrived non functional and damaged. Customer service and the company phone line only responded after the 15 day warranty and then requested that I fix the bike myself with complicated wiring instructions.
