Without even a full month's notice, on 4.12.09, FIA Card Services decided to change my fixed 9.99% rate to a 21.99% VARIABLE rate and gave NO reason for this. We never missed a payment and as this was formerly MBNA, we had this card for over 10 years and always payed much more than the required payment amount and always paid early, too!
