i bought a cricket phone here in Chicago back in December and I had nothing but problems with it loosing signal, couldn't hear on it even with the volume turned up it still happened. I went back to the dealer that i bought it from and he said that the phone was faulty and it needed to be replaced so i chosen a different one. then to my worse imagination things got worse.
