Ordered the free sample which burned my gums badly. When they sent me the refill I could not use and did not want, they refused to take it back unopened. Charged my credit card almost $90 for a 30 day supply!!! I have called repeatedly and emailed custmomer service repeatedly just like they say and have never gotten any reply except, "Sorry, you signed the agreement." This is a rip-off. They should certainly allow you to send back any onopened packages for a refund. read full review »
