I never evevn heard of these people before I actually received a card from them in the mail, which I DID NOT apply for. I ignored it, since the letter said I could call and activate it, or if I did not, it would automatically be cancelled. WRONG! Instead a couple weeks later I get a bill for $75 for the "annual fee". When I called the customer service number on the bill, a recording thanked me for activating my card!
