I was dumb enough to try a sample of one of their skin products. It arrived very late - and they charged me $75.00. This was back in August of 2010. I have called over twenty times over nine months and receive excuse after excuse of why they haven't issued a refund: we can't find the tracking number of the check, we didn't have the correct address, a representative will call you back.
