This website is very misleading and has dishonest employees which lied to me over the phone on 3 seperate occasions. The reason why i needed this service was because i was going on vacation and I needed a birth certificate in less then 10 business days. They not only say they can get in 3-7 days on there website but it is taken over 2 weeks. Don't trust these people, they are very misleading and they will lie to you over the phone to get your money.
