I signed up for a free trial with this company and was told it was £3.95 postage and packaging. They have taken £128 from my account for a full membership which i do not want. I have rang the company and they have said there is nothing they can do, they are unable to refund me as i should have cancelled within the 1st 3 days. I would have done this if i had known they were going to steal all that money off me. I have contacted my bank that are trying to help me and trading standards.
