Began loan refinance with Amerisave Mortgage / Amerisave.com in March. HUGE mistake! Paid initial fees (application, processing) by CC. That was the easiest part. Problems from the start with erroneous information on loan application documents, failure to lock rate, attempting to charge additional fees, requested call backs were ignored or we were sent a robo email referring us to website...and on, and on.
