I set up a repayment plan with Wonga.com for an agreed amount and yet they have randomly decided to take over three times that amount in one go with no explanation or warning and have since tried to take even more! I agreed the repayment amount because it was all I could afford. This is a serious breach of contract from them. I sent an email via the website and have not yet heard anything back. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I will be taking legal proceedings against them if my entire debt is not written of for breach of contract.
