We bought Rosetta Stone (German) on line. It came in a box completely sealed, first CD worked fine, the second CD asked for an access code which was not included in the package. We called Rosetta Stone and they informed us that it was a pirated copy and could not be used without the access code, and they would not provide one since it was not purchased from them. www.DIGGINSHOP.COM represented their self on line as The Rosetta Stone "STORE" which according to Rosetta Stone does not exist. read full review »
