I ordered a item off the newegg.com website. I recieved a defective item and completed a rma request for the item. Newegg decided they didnt want to deal with replaceing the defective item so they voided my rma with out waiting to get the returned item. Now I have to jump through hoops and deal with the company that they bought the item from. This is a sham of a company that doenst want to deal with customers at all. They just want your money and dont care if you are satisfied ot not. read full review »
