I have overpaid my E-Bay seller fees using Paypal and after 12 days I am still waiting for that overpayment to be refunded back into my Paypal account. E-Bay says it may take until May 28th to be refunded. This all occured when it was not clear on my E-Bay account that the seller fees owed has already been deducted from my personal bank account. So when I checked to use my Paypal account to pay the fees - my account was showing a balance owed which I then paid using my Paypal account.
