my name is Milos Trtilek and Im customer of Sears for last 30 years.At the Sears stores I always got very good service. Since last year I started delivering Whirlpool products to Sears outlet center 701 Osage st Denver Co. Again I have to say very good service very nice people. What is this complaint about is the leader of the security she is older woman day shift. I asked her what is her name but she refused to tell me. She has no name tag.
