In December of 2010 I had received an e-mail from the Sales Dept. requesting a new credit card number, as the one that they had on file for my billing had been cancelled due to a lost wallet. I returned an e-mail to E-Fax notifying them that I wished to terminate my account, as I had a new fax service. I did not receive a confirmation from them about the termination, and thought that the account had been terminated.
