I recently applied for a Criminal Justice instructor position at Healds San Jose location. I have worked in law enforcement for 30 years, and hold a Community College Life Time Teaching Credential. The interview was going fine, until 10 minutes into the interview, when an Administrator by the name of "Nelly" enters the room.
