So I wanted to add a service onto my account. The number that they show on their website took me to India and then the Philippines. When you call the toll free number the number does not even ask you about the service that I was interested in which was to add a service. Both times I called I got stuck talking to someone who said that I needed to talk to the sales department but they did not have a number for the sales department. Finally on the third attempt I asked for a manager in the Philippines and he did transfer me to the sale... read full review »
