I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered some flatware on March 30 for which they immediately charged my credit card. It is now May 17th and I STILL do not have the items I ordered. I have had to write to them numerous times and I get told over and over they are shipping next week, next week, next week. I believe this is a scam and they have no intention of ever shipping my items. I have asked for a refund and have not received that either. I have finally had to file a complaint with the BBB and will file complaints with other government agencies soon. read full review »
