Sterling Savings bank implemented a system upgrade to their online banking on May 17, 2011. Those of us who are small business owners rely tremendously on the online banking transaction downloading feature; however today we discovered this feature was no longer available to the small business owner. There is a Sterling Savings Bank PDF document located at https://www.sterlingsavingsbank.com/pdfs/QuickBooksWindows20082011.pdf that states the transaction download feature was not going to change once the upgrade was completed.
