AE Factory Service was scheduled to make a service call to repair a Whirlpool refrigerator under warranty. The repair person didn't show up the entire day and didn't bother to call with an update. I called the 800 number and was told the local dispatcher would call me right away. That didn't happen either. No one called to reschedule the service. read full review »
