Parents have been with foremost since 1991 (20 years never late on a payment) and the two time they needed them filed a claim they were denied. First time was the ice storm of 2001 tree fell and cracked the roof. F.E.M.A. eventually help my parents with that repair. The last time was the wind, hail and rain storm easter weekend of 2011.
