I signed up for a 4.99 sample of luminous brites and was charged $88.97. I canceled within the alloted time and was charged a 2nd time for product I didn't receive. I now have been billed $177.94 and the billing department was of no help. I was told to E-mail the company whic I did. This was back on 12/29/08. I still have yet to hear from them. I called again today and was referred to the web site again even though I told them they did not reply last time.
