I ordered an Omron HEM-711AC blood pressure monitor from Allegro Medical. It was done on-line on 4/17/11 and they charged me an additional $24 for "expedited shipping". I received the UPS delivery on 4/20 and there was an Omron BP742 in the box. I called the following day and the customer service representative agreed that I had not received the item I ordered.
