Dont deal with ACN. Worst customer service, unprofessional tech support, hidden fees. And of course they deal with companies like themself( Energy, Home security, water heater). They promise cheap services but they are not. Even if they overcharge you with obviious mistake it would be impossible to prove anything. Talking to Customer reps is as the same as you talk to answering machine or to Parrot. Never got a chance to speak to supervisor. They just dont give it to you telling that he(she) was busy or not in and that they would call back... read full review »
