Brought my laptop to Geek Squad in Best Buy, Paramus, NJ. Told them I was getting the blue screen problem and I needed them to fix. They informed me of their $199. repair fee that would not only cover this, but extend for an entire year to cover problems. I asked what would happen if they could not fix the laptop and was told "you would get a refund".
