After ordering a product from ATG Stores, I received a slip of paper with the product. It stated that I would receive a 5% discount on my next order. When I submitted the next order with the coupon code for the discount, I got the order, but no discount. When I calles customer service, they credited my account with $5 instead of 5%. When I told them that that was incorrect, they disputed my statement. I called again and escallated it to a 'manager'.
