After installation on both a desktop and laptop the same problems occurred on both. Avanquest customer support has been non-existent. I have never been contacted despite numerous complaints. Calling tech support is even worse as they refuse to admit it might be the product, always saying that it is a computer problem (same problem on both) and refusing to offer help in any way.
