Sales person IDRIS, Oh might gutch, He was so mean, he was mad everytime I asked a question, he was walking me thru the web to print out my certificate, for a first time buyer is so difficult to do it yourself, he tried so hard to make you feel so stupid. Everytime I asked go to continue he will say something like is self explanatory, at the end I told him he has a job because of us purchasing, and if he continues to treat people like that he won't have a job soon because this was the last time i was going to buy from them .
