After nice food and service on 5/9/11 by Sharon T. at store #8291 in Murphy, NC, I wanted to be able to go to the survey address on my receipts: www.opinionport.com/yum and comment, but was unable to do so. Not only was the survey nearly impossible to locate, but I was never able to comment on the good food and service I received at this location.
