US Bank sucks... They sent a letter stating they were increasing my creditline rates by 5% dues to 4 various reasons. I called to ask wich reason it was, the CSR told me it was random and could be anyone of the 4 things. Not good enough for me a loyal carholder for 18 years. They can take the card and stick it up their ashes in the fireplace. The CSR was so kind and so happy to get rid of me as a customer she had the account closed in 2 seconds flat.
