They called 3 hours before scheduled exam to say they have 'technical issues' and can't deliver exams. Their online chat never is on, they take 3 days to answer email and I've been holding 38 minutes in a queue to reschedule. Not only is this a waste of my professional time, I am medically unable to drive and so have a hired driver at $391 for the ride to the testing center that I am now stuck with paying.
