I have been emailing this company soo many times that i have lost count, it has been so many months and my claim has not benn settled yet i have contact the company varies times about my excess refund as i was not at fault and all the reply i get is we are looking in to it, when i gave my car in for repairs to their repairer, it took them over 4 months to repair my car and after i got my car back they did not repair all of the damages coursed to the car i had to pay for these damages after again. when i contacted them about what is going on... read full review »
