I ordered and paid for flowers online, from my home in the US March 13 2011. The payment cleared March 14 2011. The delivery was for April 3 2011 to my Mother in Coventry England. The flowers were not delivered. I immediately contacted iflowers and after several emails received a response that the order would be upgraded and delivery would be at their next available opportunity.
