I ordered product and received invoices stating shipping charges of $7.95(CDN) and $0.99 (CDN) would be billed to my VISA/debit card. The next day there were two charges of $199.95 taken from my bank account as it is a visa/debit card. When I called to cancel, they cancelled the order and told me my money would be returned within 24-48 hrs. I called back three days later as it wasn't returned and was told another story that they will hold the money for 15 banking days.
