Just like EVERYBODY on this site, this was a BAIT & SWTICH operation! Ordered an Olympus tough 6020. A few days later they called me to tell me I needed to order a battery & charger & "firmware". It was a "1 time use" battery. Very pushy & rude! I kept saying I just wanted the camera AS ADVERTISED, & he would NOT sell it that way. I came home & got on their web site, & it says included with sale is battery & charger & software. I called back & demanded the camera AS ADVERTISED at that price & he WOULD NOT SELL IT TO ME!!!
