When I turned up for appointment at this salon with my Groupon voucher I had a consultation with the stylist after handing in my voucher. All seemed fine until I was at the basin about to have my hair washed and the stylist told me I'd have to spend an extra £20 as my hair was too long and the product was expensive! Regardless of whether this was actually the case it put me in a really awkward position and made me very uncomfortable.
