I phoned to verify the availability of an elusive DVD from Freestyle Shop . The "customer service" rep guaranteed me that, if the item can be added to the cart, then it is in stock and available to order. So, I ordered the item and, without much surprise, EVENTUALLY (one week later) received an email canceling my order because, alas, the item is NOT AVAILABLE! Then, when I called to complain, I was informed that customers CANNOT CALL TO COMPLAIN. This company does NOT have a phone number for complaints; the phone number listed on their site is FOR ORDERS ONLY! What a convenient protocol for customer service. read full review »
